Presentation formats

General Information

TCC sessions are generally one of two types: Papers and General Sessions.

General Session Formats
We encourage the use of any creative format since the online environment is an emerging one and we expect to see new forms of communication styles and methods. We encourage you to discuss your ideas with the conference coordinators. For a list of the various possible formats for general sessions, see Formats for General Sessions.

Preparation
Prepare your proposal according the the requirements given for each type of presentation. Additionally, you will need to provide your contact information.

Submission
Papers must be submitted by email attachments (see papers format description). All other presentations will be submitted and received through the online submission process:

http://kolea.kcc.hawaii.edu/tcc/proposals/index.php
Proposal Review
All submitted proposals and papers will be reviewed and an acceptance determination made. You will be notified by email as soon as this determination is made.

Accepted presentation titles and descriptions will be posted, as submitted, on the conference homepage.

Descriptions may be lightly edited and reformatted to conform to the conference web site design. You may be notified to review the posted material to ensure that the content is accurate and nothing has been omitted.

Registration
All presenters must register for the conference and pay the registration fee. Student presentations are highly encouraged. Fees will be waived for student presenters.
