If students may not succeed because of "shoddy support," how would you
describe "good enough support" for students enrolled in an
Internet-based course which requires students to read web pages, to
conference asynchronously, and to chat synchronously (perhaps using
WebCT and The Palace)--as well as to write papers and take exams?
