I am Patti Dozen, at Moorpark College in Ventura County, California. I
supervise the CAI Basic Skills Computer Lab in the Center for Learning
Assistance Services. I teach word processing and basic skills multimedia
courses in reading, English, computation, and study skills. This is the
second TCC conference I have attended and my second time online.
The technology committee on our campus is working on access to computers
for faculty and students starting with the infrastructure. All this has
been a slow process. In the meantime, I am participating in this
conference to learn what is possible for online instruction.
This has been an exciting experience for me.
