What the preceding messages have shown is that there is a clear need for
varied types of services, as well as for "forging ahead" in development.
Fortunately the www makes it possible for us to move in varied directions
simultaneously rather than insisting on a linear approach.
Has anyone considered the level of fees or dues at this stage? How large
is the keyone list, and about how much do we need to get started? Are we
talking $20 per person right now, or $100? Seems a Steering Committee is
needed to determine that--and just how do we set one up?
Assuming that we, collectively, are too big to be a Steering Committee,
could Steve put forth a list of committees that seem logical, and ask
members of keyone to volunteer themselves for a first and second choice?
That might give us reasonably sized committees, which could deal in discrete
areas and report back to a Steering Committee. Would this be a reasonable
way to proceed? Later on we could move to something else.
