WOCAT is an association of educators... Technical Education or Technology
Education. This is different from using technology for instruction, like our
online emphasis implies. I see the two associations, WOCAT and WAOE, as having
different missions and goals, but also having overlapping membership. Some
members of WOCAT will/should be interested in WAOE and visa versa.
WOCAT's organization is also something we should consider... they have
"association" and "individual" membership categories. See their pages for the
details.
