Sample WAOE Goals/Objectives

Once again, for your consideration I post a sample set of
goals/objectives for WAOE. I haven't yet devised a goal/objective
related to the proposed commercial aspects of the WAOE.

SAMPLE OBJECTIVES/GOALS OF THE WORLD ASSOCIATION FOR ONLINE EDUCATION

1. Enhancement of the professional status of online educators,
technology specialists, and administrators of online education;

2. Assistance to members in the conceptualization, construction,
administration, and evaluation of online instruction;

3. Establishment of an ongoing communication channel by which members
may exchange ideas and engage in scholarly discussion of issues related
to online education; and

4. Encouragement of scholarly activities in the field of online
education.
