Alice,
Thank you very much for the information and the hint about
liaising with other organizations already. I do think it would
be presumptuous at this stage, and we need to concentrate our
energies on formalizing our organization now. For those who
may think we do not have the educational vision to go with this
organization, please read the Keynote One that started all this:

Having reached the consensus that WAOE is needed, we further trust
that the Steering Committee members are basically good people.
