Dear WAOE members - An unfortunate auto accident had be sidelined for
sometime. Am happy to report that I'm recovering nicely and was able to
attend my daughter's wedding this past Sat. I just now was given
permission to return to doing some work and am overwhelmed at the
changes that have taken place in my absence. Will be spending some time
sorting through this information, but I'm very proud to be associated
with this organization.

One question? Is there still a need for my input on the multi-lingual
issue of OCRE and Article V of the Constitution? Please let me know if
I should follow up on this, or have we moved past?
