Evergreen has uploaded a rough draft of the WAOE journal. She has the
blessings of her Deans and plenty of server space. She is ready to call
for contributions as soon as the lights turn green in the Big Apple.
Among other WAOE Websites, Julia can access the <waoe.org> site but not
the WebBBS, for some reason. Important messages will be posted at the U
of Idaho Website, and <wild cheers>Brian Donohue-Lynch has expressed a
willingness to move the WebBBS contents to the WWW.WAOE.ORG site,
presumably in HTML</wild cheers>.
Julia was willing to accomodate similar efforts in other regions of the
world, but she has suggested enough topics to keep us busy this Century.
To our spherical thinking, location is not so important, although we
like to spread the wealth around. Here in Japan the U.S. Websites from
good servers used by WAOE members download in no time, so they don't
need to be any nearer physically.
By all means check out the WAOE E-Journal Website at URL:
Then send your feedback concerning the WAOE Research and Publications
Committee to Julia Keefer <jk12@is3.nyu.edu>.
