I have proposed two types of committees, one type for WAOE's internal
administration, and another type according to content areas where at
least five members are active. New members would have to join at least
one of the second type, with the first type being optional. Ten
Organizational Committees were listed earlier with suggested titles for
committee chairs and appointed officers. Today just the committee names
are reiterated below. A new variety among the Online Course and Resource
Evaluation Workgroups (O-CREWs) is now added: Geographical or
Cultural/Linguistic Heritage O-CREWs for those in or from a certain
region of the world, studying the region or tracing their ancestors
there. Thus charter members are asked to be active in one or more of the
following sub-groups of WAOE, suggesting changes or additions. The aim
is to ratify a committee and workgroup system along with our first
Constitution.
