Thanks working with Constitutional questions further.
> 1) Organizational Committees
> Membership Committee
> Finance Committee
Committee sytem seems fine. But it would be helpful to describe shortly the
concrete function of each Committee. ... If we have only headlines, we may
understand this division pretty differently.

What concerns ratifying O-CREWs
What I see necessery is to ratify the system how to create and develop
O-CREWs system. Online learning is a very fastly changing world. So if we
fix the names of O-CREWs in our constitution,
then we need to change our constitution pretty soon when need appears to
create a new kind of O-CREWs. ..
And everything what is connected with offical voting and organizational
issues, which need authorized signature is the bottleneck in WAOE vision.
What we need is a good system (on Organizational Committees level) which
allows to create and develop O-CREWs
Also in O-CREWs case it would be good to get small description what we can
find under each title (just to avoid overlapping).
And as we try to create a living organization, maybe it is better not to
create any O-CREWs without concrete need. If people come and say we want to
do this or that... thats fine.
Do we currently have enough potentioal to make success in all O-CREWs
mentioned here?
Till today 25 members have subscribed to 'waoe-news'. So we may say we have
25 active members .. And currently we have 29 O-CREWs and Committees....
We can be sure that soon WAOE will attract more people, but can we be that
sure that we know exactly what newcomers want exactly, how we know that the
division of O-CREWs system we make now suites the best way their needs?
Let initiative come first and lets set the system so flexible that each
initiative can create a O-CREWs.All we need now is to work our a solid
scheme how to handle these intitiatives. We need a frame now. And frames
must be strong.
And what we need most is to speak out what we speak and where are our
interests. If we know that, we can have also better picture of what kind of
O-CREWs we need.
Just an idea, ... maybe somebody from us can make short note how s/he
understood under each Committee and O-CREW presented by Steve?
Thanks for your time and sunshine,
Mihkel
